Appointment Cancellations

If you wish to modify or cancel your appointment, sign in your account or call us at +966112161360 during working hours. Please make sure to do so at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. We do not accept cancellations by email or Instagram.

Late Arrivals

Please be sure to arrive on time. Any late arrivals, 10 minutes or more, might result in reopening and/or giving away, cancelling or altering your appointment to fit the remaining time.


In the case of no-show for confirmed scheduled appointments, without cancellation 12 hours prior, you will be marked as no-show. Clients with no-show history for 3 occasions will be restricted of their booking privileges and will be welcomed as walk-ins if available.

Double Booking

Appointments will be cancelled without prior notice for clients with duplicated appointments in the same day for the same service.


All shown prices are inclusive of VAT. Final prices will be determined at the salon before starting the service.

Returns and Refunds

We have a no-refund policy on any paid amount. We have no-exchange policy on retail products unless it is defective or does not meet the standards.

In the event of a refund, the amount will be credited to the customer’s account with dry and to be used within two months.
